KSU Health Fitness Assessment

The KSU Department of Exercise Science and Sport Management offers a number of health-related fitness assessments to the community.
All assessments will be conducted in the Exercise Physiology laboratory in Prillaman Hall.


Performance Package:
2.5 hours (7:00 am - 9:30 am) Friday morning or Saturday morning.
Body composition with DEXA and/or BIA; resting heart rate and blood pressure; Lipids/GLU profile; Pulmonary function testing (FVC, FEV1); VO2 max w/ventilatory threshold using met cart, Biodex knee flex/ext, Grip strength.
Cost: $250, $150 for KSU employees and students

Clinical Package:
2.5 hours (7:00 am - 9:30 am) Friday morning or Saturday morning.
Body composition w/ DEXA and BIA; RHR and RBP; RMR w/ met cart; Lipids/GLU profile/A1c; Pulmonary Assessment (FVC, FEV1); Submax VO2 max w/o met cart, Grip Strength.
Cost: $250, $150 for KSU employees and students

Body Composition Package:
30 min (10:00 am or 10:30 am) Friday morning or Saturday morning.
Body composition with DEXA and/or BIA.
Cost: $100, $60 for KSU employees and students
